We are dedicated to constant education and continued training. We use only the finest products to compliment our services. Please protect your investment by using the same high quality products at home.


We want you to love it! If you are not satisfied with your product, we gladly offer 100% retail exchange or credit if product is returned within 30 days.

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS:We understand that sometimes life happens  - we ask for 24 hours advance notice  on any cancellations.

*We reserve the right to charge for appointments not cancelled within this period.

*We have the right to refuse scheduling or offering future services to clients  who continue to cancel or no show.

We do ask that you make us aware within seven days of your service and give the original stylist the opportunity to  right the service for you. If you have changed your mind on the original cut or colour - additional charges may apply.
